After our first participation at the International optical trade show of Tokyo IOFT, in October last year, Moko has made new friends.
Our mascot proudly shows our creations at 3T, Hi-end store in the prestigious Ginza department store of Tokyo. We thank their commercial team who has become great ambassadors for these innovative frames creation.
Here you are some words from Mr. Tezuka, owner of 3T Japan.

“The product is light and is beautifully designed. It has been very well received by our clients. Not only does Moko fit well, various lens attachment options and numerous frame sizes allow for light glasses even for those with thick lenses. The interchangeable temple tips and rim inserts allow us to customize the frames for our customers”. Mr. TEZUKA – 3T Ginza – Tokio / Japon
Some pictures of our stay in the land of the rising sun and the last highlight from Japanese professional press about us.
A good opportunity for all of us to start learning Japanese !

Screwless glasses: yes we can!
by Ana Sedes on Sep.15, 2009, under Design, Innovation
Until not so long ago, screws were the most annoying part of glasses, wether sunglasses or regular ones. Who has never lost the screws a pin of his glasses? No matter the reason - shock or anything else - these damned screws kept … ruining our lives.
The luckiest ones could find this tiny metal object and, with some chance, fix it by themselves. But if the screw slipped , unfortunately into a drain or under a seat, well…
Thanks god, those days are over. Oko invented a brand new system, included with Moko besicles. An ingenious, innovative, well-designed and patented system, developed by David Beddok, that does not require screws: the a mechanical systemwith no screw, fully configurable with “inserts” with the most beautiful color effect.
Have a look at this short demo, you’ll easily understand what it is all about.

Moko Besicles
by Ana Sedes on Sep.09, 2009, under Oko Eyewear
